At S-TEC, we are heavily involved with aerospace equipment related parts and hydraulic joints, which are products that require strict quality management and a high level of technology.
Using our foundation in product technology and production management technology amassed over many years, we are presently engaged in a number of prototype projects for medical devices.
Among those projects, we are actively involved in prototypes and development. We utilize resources beyond our own company team by working with technical schools and universities to create new, unprecedented products and machining technology.
We have been able to use our machining technology, which was cultivated in the aeronautics industry, and apply it to medical devices, as we continue to push the envelope to achieve high quality manufacturing.
In particular, we are involved with a number of implants that utilize titanium alloy, which have excellent strength and durability and which are safe for the human body.
In the medical devices industry, there are a lot of products with complex shapes. Fortunately, we have been able to contribute to the field of medicine and health care by introducing and applying our extensive quality management and our experience in precision technology for difficult-to-cut materials.
